豚や鶏のうんちを使って畑の土を作ろう!
うんちを混ぜて発酵させ、畑のごはんとしてまき、耕す。土や野菜が食べるうんちから循環するエネルギーを感じて、考える。
お茶碗一杯のお米
お茶碗一杯のお米ができるまでを知ろう!
田植え、稲刈り、はざかけ、脱穀、もみすりなどを手作業でおこなう。
効率や生産性の悪さを肌身で体験する中で自分自身の選択基準をどこにおくか考える。
